Black & Sexy is growing, but its creators insist its founding principles remain the same

This summer, Numa Perrier and Dennis Dortch, the co-founders of the digital network Black & Sexy TV, enjoyed a rare and unusual date night. The entrepreneurs and co-parents run Black & Sexy out of their home in Los Angeles seven days a week, but they stopped long enough to attend the BET Awards at the network's invitation.
